This listing is for a brand new HEI distributor for Oldsmobile built V8 engines.  Fits 1964-90 V8s - 260, 307, 330, 350, 400, 403, 425, and 455 engines.  This is a new distributor, not a second or blem.  Perfect for upgrading non-computer controlled engines.
Under the cap is a 65,000 volt coil and built in performance module to ensure accurate and reliable timing to 7,000 RPM.  True spark alignment for instant throttle response.  Comes with adjustable vacuum advance and premium cap with brass terminals.  4340 Chromoly gear will work with cast or billet cams
 
Standard GM HEI caps, rotors, etc. will interchange.  Cap is about 5.5" in diameter so clearance check recommended.  Will require plug wires with HEI style ends for male cap posts.  A second connection is also under the coil cover for electronic tach hook-up.
